Strikeforce Grand Prix Tournament live on February 12, 2011

A great weekend fight is getting closer. The Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix Tournament between Fedor Emelianenko and Antonio Silva will happen this coming Saturday February 12, 2011. The fight will begin at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, N.J. the show will start at 10:00 pm. ET/PT. Fedor, who had a 10-year unbeaten streak snapped last June, faces 6-foot-4, 265-pound Antonio Silva. The Russian is a heavy favorite to win the fight and a favorite to win the tournament. His is back to action on Saturday in his first fight since losing to Fabricio Werdum in the Strikeforce heavyweight Grand Prix.

SiLva is a former heavyweight champion in smaller organizations such as Cage Rage and Cage Warriors in the United Kingdom and the defunct Elite XC in the United States. He wanted to go into the cage close to 50 pounds.
